Powered by a native graph database, Neo4j stores and manages data in its more natural, connected state. Gephi has been used in a number of research projects in academia, journalism and elsewhere, for instance in visualizing the global connectivity of New York Times content and examining Twitter network traffic during social unrest along with more traditional network analysis topics. Gephi is widely used within the digital humanities (in history,literature, political sciences, etc.), a community where many of its developers are involved.
More than 250 of the most commonly used open-source data science and machine learning packages are automatically installed when you download Anaconda Individual Edition, and thousands of others can be installed by simply typing conda install. Plotly’s Python graphing library makes interactive, publication-quality graphs. Examples of how to make line plots, scatter plots, area charts, bar charts, error bars, box plots, histograms, heatmaps, subplots, multiple-axes, polar charts, and bubble charts.
